By using this site or ordering you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

2. The catalogue

Works are printed to order. Colours vary by screen and by paper batch; sizes are approximate to ±3 mm. We may change prices and availability without notice. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel and refund.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock or file resolution is insufficient, payment fails, or fraud is suspected.

4. Public-domain and licensed work

Archive editions reproduce works that are in the public domain. The printing, colour work and presentation are ours. You may not resell, redistribute or use our files commercially.

5. Artist submissions

Submitting work does not create a contract. If we accept a work you grant us a non-exclusive licence to print, sell and promote it, revocable on 60 days' notice after existing orders are fulfilled. You confirm you own the rights and that the work does not infringe anyone else's.

6. Shipping and returns

Governed by the shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

Site text, photography of our prints, layout and code belong to us. Public-domain artworks remain public domain.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting consumer protections in your country of residence.
