Questions, answered
The things people ask before ordering. Anything missing? Ask us.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed to order and dispatch within 48 hours. UK and EU delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch; US and Canada 5–8; rest of world 7–14. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is free over $150; below that it is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Duties are the buyer's responsibility outside the EU and US.
What paper and inks do you use?
310gsm cotton rag with pigment inks rated for 100+ years under glass. Photography is printed the same way from 600dpi scans.
Is the frame included?
No — prints ship unframed in a rigid mailer. Objects ship in fitted boxes. We can recommend framers in the UK, EU and US on request.
Can I return a print?
Unframed prints can be returned within 14 days in the original packaging. Custom-sized and framed pieces are final sale. Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and we reprint at our cost.
Are the editions numbered?
Where a work is limited, the listing states the edition size and the print arrives numbered and stamped on the reverse. Open editions are marked as such.
Do you sell originals?
Occasionally — charcoal studies and small bronzes, marked 'one of one' or with an edition size. They are listed in Originals.
Can you print a size that is not listed?
Usually. Email the dimensions and the work; we will confirm whether the file resolves at that size before taking payment.
Do you offer trade or interior-designer pricing?
Yes, from six pieces. Send your project details through the contact form and we will reply with a trade sheet.
How do I submit my art?
Use the Sell your art page. Send six images, dimensions, medium and a short statement. We reply within two weeks, and we say no clearly rather than leaving you waiting.
