Prints ship flat in a rigid mailer with corner protection. Objects ship in a fitted box with foam. Tracking is emailed when the label prints; if it has not moved in five days, tell us and we will chase it.
Returns
- Unframed prints: 14 days from delivery, original packaging, refund to the original payment method.
- Framed and custom-sized pieces: final sale, unless damaged or misprinted.
- Objects: 14 days if unused, in the original box.
- Damaged in transit: photo within 7 days, reprint or refund at our cost, no return shipping needed for prints.
