Our Returns Policy

A return request can only be made on the following conditions:

• It is less than 30 days since you received the artwork
• You have retained the original packaging for the artwork

Returns and Refund

If you would like to return an item, please log on to the arteet.com website within 30 days of receiving the artwork, and Contact Your Order Specialist to request a return authorization. You will need to state your order number, and provide a brief reason for why you want to return the item.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and the address to which you must send the return. Returns must be made in the original packaging. Please print this email and include it with the item when you return it. We advise you to request a signature on delivery. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us.

We will refund your purchase as soon as we have received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
